Complimentary Coaching – Todd provides much more than sharing viable practice options – he provides candidates with complimentary coaching services throughout the process and introduces the perfect resource at the perfect time of need making it easier for candidates to select the right opportunity.

Physician Compensation Analysis – Most positions do not provide specific compensation details and because physician compensation significantly varies depending on several factors, including, specialty, geographic location, demographic classification (population), practice type, ownership, it makes it difficult for the candidate to assess compensation without investing the time to interview onsite.  Todd provides his candidates with a Compensation Analysis for their respective specialty, leveraging reputable physician compensation data, and applying the data to different regions in the US, along with different community populations to provide his candidates a good idea what they can expect to earn for each specific job they’re considering.

Prepping Session – Todd schedule a 30-minute prep session a few days before an onsite interview, providing the candidate best practices to interview, insights on what to expect from the employer, and position themselves to receive a job offer.  

Negotiating Support – Todd assists his candidates throughout the negotiation process, providing his candidates with processes, outlines and scripts to help physicians create a win-win with their new employer.
