Practice Details

  • Seeking a patient-centered and empathetic Pulmonary Critical Care physician to join our Critical Care practice in our ICU.
  • Brand new Smart Rooms compatible with EPIC
  • Full-time hospital employed position
  • Friday-Friday schedule; 12-hour days, one week on, one week off
  • On-call during your week on shift 7p-7a
  • Average patient census in ICU: 7-10 plus
  • Responsible for Pulmonary Consults vary daily 3 plus daily
  • Opened 30 bed ICU
  • Team: 2 physicians, 5 advanced providers, support staff (RN’s, Nursing Assistants, RT, Case Management, Office Staff)
  • Brand-new Ultrasound in 2023!
  • EPIC Smart Rooms
  • Family Medicine Residents and Medical Students on-site

Compensation Details

  • Base salary plus productivity, $60K sign-on bonus, and qualifying for the PSLF
